Something calls out for beauty
So she rushes with her art to fill the void

She is not alone
But it feels like hope
Has retired to some time so far away
Yet the sun comes in, through the filtered glass
Bringing life and color to a world of gray

We are born as one
We die to become
Ashes in the sky
Flickering Lights

Stillness comes as the dust sets
And shapes emerge from heaps of stone and clay
Out of chaos, creation
This is new life born of love and prayers and strength

We are breathing now
Barely holding on
To a dream it seems is from another time
The light comes and goes
We are here, then gone
Sparks of hope illuminate the night
